If your child feels ready to go ahead with treatment at that time, we'll get started. Otherwise, you can book an appointment for a another time, when your child feels ready.
We know that life can sometimes get busy, and that as a result, appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason, we ask that you contact us to let us know no less that 1 business day (24 hours) before the appointment was due to take place.
When you call, we'll cancel your appointment, and if possible, reschedule it for a more convenient time.
